Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vision Plus Gadget Store, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering a clear and transparent Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy. Please carefully review the details below for eligibility and guidelines.


1. Returns

If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 21 days of the delivery date. Defective items or content discrepancies must be reported within this time frame. To initiate a return:

  • Notify us via email at info@visionplusgadgetsstore.com within 21 days of delivery.
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back. Packages returned without an RMA number will be rejected.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and be in new, ready-to-sell condition.
  • Items must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Vision Plus Gadget Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit, and refunds will not be issued for such cases.

2. Refunds

Our return policy lasts 25 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or phone of approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund Deductions:

  • Shipping charges and the first-month subscription fee (if applicable) will be deducted for canceled services.
  • If the item or packaging shows signs of damage or if accessories are missing, a re-stocking fee will be applied as follows:

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or deemed irreparable on-site by our RMA team.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the new product.
  • Exchanges must comply with the return and inspection process outlined above.

4. Shipping Policy

Return Shipping:

  • Request a shipping label from us to send items back. Alternatively, you may pay for return shipping independently.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted.

Shipping Recommendations:

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Vision Plus Gadget Store is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Order Fulfillment and Tracking:

  • Orders are processed daily, and tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for handling and shipping.
